Hello Santiam Elementary Families,
We hope you’re enjoying your summer—don’t worry, it’s not over yet! Below is some helpful information to help you prepare for the upcoming school year.
📋 Registration
Who needs to register:
- Returning students who did not complete spring registration
- New students to the district
Fall In-Person Registration:
Where: Santiam Elementary
When:
- August 12th | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- August 13th | 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Returning students can register online by visiting:

(Please complete this as soon as possible to help us plan class placements.)
📅 First Day of School
- Grades 1–5 begin on September 2, 2025
- Kindergarten students will be scheduled for a one-hour assessment during the first week
- Kindergarten classes begin on September 8, 2025
📌 Class Lists
- Class lists for Grades 1–5 will be posted on the front doors by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 28th
- Kindergarten class lists will be posted on Friday, September 5th, after assessments are completed
